The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced that the country has recorded 649 new COVID-19 cases in the country as total infections from the virus rose to 22, 020.
This was confirmed on Wednesday night by the NCDC.
According to the Centre, a total of 7, 613 recovered cases have been recorded and sadly, a total of 542 deaths have also been recorded
